Frequently Asked Questions
How do I order a custom wall hanging?
Send me an e-mail here: email@example.com with "custom macrame wall hanging" in the subject line. I will respond as soon as I possibly can! We will first discuss your design preference and the size you are interested in and I will quote you a price. Please note that it takes 4-6 weeks to have a wall hanging completed and shipped. If my order volume is high it could take longer.
Where are you based out of?
I live in Tampa, Florida with my husband and our 3 children.
What is your return policy?
If you click on the link titled "Shipping & Returns" at the bottom of this website you will see find my policies there.
I'm an artist/maker/creative---do you accept artist trades?
I really love the idea of trading with other makers and I have done this in the past and it's been awesome. That being said, given the limited time I have to work on macrame, I am not able to do this very often.
Will you donate to my auction or giveaway? Can I promote your item on my blog?
I have donated to a few auctions in the past and participated in my first loop giveaway just a few weeks ago. While I love the idea behind these, it kind of falls into the category of the above question---I don't have a lot of time to devote to creating items that aren't already ordered by my customers. For that reason, I have to politely decline these offers.
As for blog promotion, nothing makes me happier than having a blogger approach me with the intention of hoping to spread the good word about my wall hangings. I am beyond flattered that someone might love what I do so much that they want to share it with their readers so they can love it, too! These offers will be taken on a case by case basis. Feel free to e-mail me and I will let you know if it's something feasible for me to do given my current workload.
Do you have any workshops or tutorials online?
At the moment, no. If you google or search pinterest for "DIY macrame" you can find all kinds of online tutorials and instructions for getting started. I also recommend browsing vintage macrame books on Amazon or Etsy! As for workshops---unfortunately there are not a lot of artist workshops that happen in the Tampa area. I am hoping that changes soon and if and when I do teach a class I will be sure to promote it on my website and Instagram account!
